About
For me, product management isn't just a career.
It's how I think.
I'm a product leader who turns messy, operationally complex problems into simple, useful products. I spent ten years at Veeqo — the ecommerce platform acquired by Amazon — rising from the support desk to Senior Product Manager, building for real sellers, warehouse teams and operational customers across shipping, fulfilment and warehouse operations. Today I'm on a planned career break, building products of my own.
My route into product ran through the front line: I joined Veeqo in support, was leading the team within 14 months, and converted deep knowledge of user pain points into a product role. I'm hands-on with SQL, APIs and AWS — a technical foundation that lets me bridge the gap between customers, design and software engineering — and an early adopter of AI in product management: AI-assisted discovery, prototyping and automation are part of how I work every day.
Above all, I'm a builder. I don't just talk about ideas — I build things: RelicRoute, Drama Knights, the Sutton Hall AI Booking Platform, and this website itself. From mobile apps and AI-powered booking systems to community organisations and theatre productions, I'm based in Swansea and always making something.

My Approach
Great products don't begin with technology.
They begin with understanding people.
From enterprise software at Amazon to local community projects, my approach is always the same:
- Understand the problem.
- Talk to customers.
- Prototype quickly.
- Measure everything.
- Iterate relentlessly.
Technology changes. Great product thinking doesn't.
What I Believe
“I build products that solve real problems.”
I'm not simply a Product Manager but a product builder — someone who enjoys taking ideas from concept through to launch and continuous improvement.
